Andy Dykes

Andy is married to Avril and they have 2 grown up sons, Scott and Ben. Andy is passionate about seeing lives transformed by Jesus and local churches thriving in mission and discipleship. Originally from Chester, he has dedicated his life to serving the Church, ministering in various parts of the country before settling on the Wirral in 2005.

For over a decade, he faithfully pastored a local church, investing in people and building a community centred on the gospel. Andy’s heart beats for equipping and strengthening local churches across the Wirral. In his current role as a Regional Coordinator for Counties UK in the North West, he is committed to seeing discipling communities planted and multiplied, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to encounter Jesus in a meaningful way.

Whether it’s talking about discipleship, church multiplication, or how to build a flourishing faith community, Andy would love to connect. And if you’re into board games, quizzing, or all things Star Wars—he’s always up for a chat!

Josh Walsh

Originally from Northern Ireland, Josh’s journey has been shaped by a deep love for Jesus and a passion for seeing lives transformed by the gospel. He moved to Leeds for university, where he met Annie. They have been married for 15 years, they are blessed with two wonderful children, Evie (11) and Ezra (8).

In 2011, God led Josh and his family to Wirral to help launch a sports ministry, using sport as a tool to connect local churches with their communities and share the good news of Jesus. During his time in theological seminary, God stirred a deeper conviction in Josh’s heart—to see the Wirral reached through church planting. That calling became a reality in 2013 when he and Annie were sent to plant Cornerstone Church Wirral, where they served for 10 years, through the highs and lows of this endeavour Josh has grown in a deep love for Jesus and humbly seeks to serve Him faithfully.

Josh’s heart beats for multiplication—of disciples, churches, and gospel impact. Over the years, he has partnered with various organisations to equip and support churches and planters across the UK and further afield. His longing is to see every man, woman, and child on the Wirral and beyond encounter Jesus and for local churches to be equipped to multiply and flourish.

Today, Josh has the privilege to serve with Greater Europe Mission, overseeing the development and expansion of their ministry across the UK. He’s always up for a conversation about church planting, multiplication, and how we can work together to see the gospel advance.
